Ever wonder why most electronics are rather cold in nature? The Essential Wall Dimmer turns that notion upside down by making something as simple as turning on the light switch an enjoyable experience. Your fingertips will be greeted with a tufted textile instead of traditional plastic, where the built-in sensor will then turn the lights on, off, or dim it. There are up to 14 different colors to choose from, depending on your preference and color of the wall. The Essential Wall Dimmer retails for $99 and is definitely considered a luxury item compared to standard dimmers that cost just a fraction of that price. The material used is an electronic textile constructed out of conductive yarns, neoprene, and acrylic known as Plush Sensing Touch Technology.
