Jasco’s new Flip Universal Remote control takes its design inspiration from that of a clamshell handset, coming in a fun flip form factor that is expected to save space while functioning as the perfect universal remote around the home. It supports a wide variety of TVs, VCRs (for those who have not even made the jump to VCDs and DVDs, let alone HD standards of today), DVDs, and satellite/cable. A raised keypad offers great tactile feedback which enables seasoned couch potatoes to perform their channel surfing antics without having to take a glance at it. This Flip Universal Remote works just fine whether it is opened or closed, and will retail for $18.99 apiece.
