LG LAD-9600 in-car DVD player

LG has snuggled with DivX when producing the new LAD-9600 in-car DVD player which has been given the DivX Certified stamp, letting you play high quality DivX content (in addition to regular DVDs of course) on a large 7″ widescreen display. Apart from transferring data via USB, you can always use Bluetooth for smaller media files such as songs from your cellphone. Audio is provided through a 50W x4 channel MOSFET amplifier for booming sound. The LG LAD-9600 will appear in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Central America, making this one hot in-car DVD player – no word on whether it will make it to the US though. Pricing information are currently unknown. I wish more in-car DVD players came with DivX certification instead of giving us the same rehash of specs.
