Gamers are a very demanding crowd, and more often than not they want nothing but the best – mid-range just doesn’t quite cut it. MSI answers to this clarion call by offering the GX600 gaming notebook that features MSI’s very own Turbo Drive Engine Technology. In other words, this is just like the older CPUs back in the XT, AT, 386, and 486 days where a turbo button on the case can be pressed to a noticeable speed boost. The GX600 will be able to gain a CPU boost of 20% in CPU Turbo mode at the expense of lower battery life, but in battery mode, the GX600 will be able to extend operating time by up to 15%, giving you a careful balance between work and play when the situation calls for it.
