NTT DoCoMo targets oldies with F883iES

NTT DoCoMo has not forgotten about the growing older population in Japan, launching the F883iES handset which is also known as the RakuRaku Phone IV (rakuraku being ‘comfortable’ or ‘easy’). The F883iES is capable of informing the user’s location to his family with a simple touch, and when users speak their destination with their voice, it will automatically display the corresponding map. There is also a ‘Super Clear Voice’ function that increases the speaker volume automatically whenever it detects that the user’s environment is too noisy for a decent conversation. Sure beats going ‘Excuse me?’ for the umpteenth time.
