Wii goes portable for real

For those who insist on bringing their Wii experience everywhere, Century Direct has the solution in the CY-997 portable device. You’ll be able to hook up your Wii to it while playing games on-the-go without the need for a TV. Features include a 7″ LCD display, an integrated sensor bar and speakers for instant gaming out-of-the-box. The Century Direct CY-997 weighs 880 grams and features a folded lid that is similar to that of notebooks. You can pick one up for $125 in Japan. I think this would be more suitable for Virtual Console games as well as other titles that are not so physically intensive, since you can’t really see much from afar on a 7″ LCD display.
