Acer Gemstone line unveiled

Acer’s Gemstone line has seen the addition of both Aspire 5920 and 4710 notebooks, bringing consumers a careful blend of art and technology. The Acer Aspire 5920 is the larger of the two, featuring a 15.4″ CrystalBrite display for superior image quality, a built-in HD DVD drive for your high definition entertainmnet needs, and Dolby Home Theater sound, making this the perfect budget mobile entertainment system. As for the Aspire 4710, it is much more portable at 14.1″, and targets the business community instead with its built-in webcam for video conferencing. Needless to say, the Aspire 4710 is way cheaper at $599 a pop. An Intel Core 2 Duo processor powers both notebooks.
