The Ikari Professional Gaming Mouse from SteelSeries was developed after carefully studying and researching how professional gamers used their mouse. It comes in an ergonomic design (albeit looking as though it caters for right-handers only – I might be wrong) that is more than capable of supporting all three mousing styles that most gamers use (these are the Swipe, Claw, and Palm). In addition, the Ikari comes with an anti-sweat surface coating, five main buttons, and the choice between optical and laser engine models. The former targets FPS players while the latter caters to RTS and MMO camps. Pricing details have not yet been determined, but the Ikari Mouse will launch sometime in Q4 this year.
