Mitsubishi is currently developing a Blu-ray player that actually outputs 3D images, bringing the realism level up by a notch although the viewer will need to wear one of those nerdy-looking glasses. As reported by our friends at Crave, these 3D images come with real depth. What made the entire technology demo all the more interesting was the fact that Mitsubishi already has a Blu-ray player that is capable of converting current 2D movies into 3D on-the-fly. Yes sir, soon you’ll be able to see all the latest Hollywood blockbusters in full 3D – just make sure you have a couple of paracetamol pills at hand. Are you ready to make the jump from HD to 3D?
