Samsung has a brand new LCD monitor in town, and it is known as the SyncMaster 225UW. In a less convoluted manner, you can also refer to it as the Webcam UCC Monitor. Not only does it display your desktop in 22″ of viewable glory, it also comes with a 2 megapixel webcam, a dual-array microphone, and speakers. Chances are you’ll find the webcam and microphone useful, but you’re probably better off with dedicated computer speakers. Other features include a 1,680 x 1,050 resolution, a response time of 5ms, a contrast ratio of 700 to 1, and a brightness level of 300 nits. It will retail for approximately $510 after conversion.
