While SD and micro-SD seem to be getting all the love, the Compact Flash arms race continues. Sony is quite behind Lexar when it comes to 300 CF cards, but better late than never: the Sony 300x CF card will be available in 2, 4 and 8GB.
The additional speed should make it fast enough to be used by MPEG4 camcorders, although most of them use the SD format…
