Word on the street has it that the SP2008WFP 20″ LCD monitor will be released sometime tomorrow, bringing 1,680 x 1,050 resolution as well as an integrated 2.0 megapixel webcam to your desktop for those who love indulging in video conversations with other people online. Features include a 2ms response time, DVI with HDCP connectivity, and a 2,000 to 1 contrast ratio. No idea on how much it costs, but a 24″ Dell monitor currently retails for approximately $600, so it would be safe to say that a 20-incher such as this won’t surpass that mark and will probably reside somewhere in the $400 range.
