I’m not too sure whether hamsters need a pedometer or not, but if there’s one in the market it must mean that enough research has been done to warrant production of such a device. The Hamster Pedometer is hooked to the hamster wheel attachment, measuring the total number of times the wheel rotates in order to give you the distance your hamster covers in any one stretch of time. For folks who sit in front of the computer all day long, chances are your hamster would outlive you if it were a human with all the exercise put in. The Hamster Pedometer retails for less than $19 after conversion.
