Motorola has a brand new ROKR E8 up their sleeves, and this handset comes in a truly unique design that looks like the Q9h when viewed from the side. The front portion features a rather strange-looking keyboard, where the keys are mainly “buds” over the flat surface and characters need to be illuminated in order to be seen. Word on the street has it that the E8 will run on Linux-Java OS and comes with 2GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, a 2 megapixel camera, and stereo Bluetooth connectivity. Apparently, in the standby mode, there will be standard navigation keys and numeric buttons which are hidden whenever the multimedia player is opened. No idea on how much it costs nor when will it be released.
