I know that computers these days come in a tablet form factor, but what about remote controls? Philips has done just that with this remote control featuring a tablet design, controlling up to 15 separate components while boasting a color LCD screen in the middle for easier navigation. Physical buttons make it easy to access just about any function on this remote control, and it will feel as though you were controlling other electronic devices via a game controller than a remote control. No availability date has been been set at this point of time, but chances are the price won’t surpass the $150 ceiling.
Publisher’s note: That’s gotta be the ugliest remote control of 2007, and probably 2008″
