Saitek Cyborg P3600 Rumble Pad

Saitek has released the Cyborg P3600 Rumble Pad which enables you to choose different layouts depending on which suits you better, so you don’t have to adapt your hands to it like how other gamepads work. This is made possible via an analog stick/game-pad component which you can pop out and flip around, depending on whether you want to play in the PlayStation or Xbox format. Too bad this is but a PC-centric gamepad, which means it works great if you enjoy emulated games or PC ports of the console counterpart.
