Folks at Akihabaranews received a pleasant surprise from Sony last week, as they were greeted with a package containing Sony’s new PSP 1Seg Digital TV tuner. After playing around with it for a bit, our friends were pretty impressed with the outcome. Apparently, 1Seg was integrated seamlessly into the user experience, boasting amazing TV quality that is by far the best for a 1Seg tuner to date. Guess our Japanese friends are beneficiaries of such technology (as usual) while the rest of the world sits down in a corner and sulk.
