Sony to release OLED TV this year

Sony is on track to deliver their OLED TV in Japan by the time December rolls around, and this 11″ TV (OK so that’s not much but you gotta start from somewhere, right?) measures a mere 3mm thin. 3mm! You would probably encase this behind an ultra strong, transluscent case or something to prevent anyone from snapping your OLED TV in half. Hopefully with commercialization of the technology, we will see prices drop and a larger screen size sometime down the road.
