Sony unveils new full HD BRAVIA projectors

Sony has introduced the VPL-VW200 and VPL-VW60 projectors that will bring full HD (1080p) resolution to the living room, boasting 24p True Cinema technology, a high frame rate, exceptional contrast and brightness levels, and Sony’s very own Advanced Iris technology. Both projectors also feature the ability to accept an external anamorphic lens which can be paired with Sony’s Anamorphic zoom mode that enables users to watch movies in their native aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The only drawback of these fantastic machines would be the price – the VPL-VW200 and VPL-VW60 retails for $15,000 and $5,000 respectively when they’re released.
