Toshiba has unveiled the TDP-EW25U that sports a unique DLP projection system that casts a 41″ image from a mere1.6 feet, making it one of the most flexible projectors ever. You can also scale it up to a 60″ picture from just 2.4 feet away. It can be ceiling mounted like any decent projector should be, actively eliminating visible glare while doing away with shadows from the projector itself falling onto the display. The TDP-EW25U’s native resolution stands at 1280 x 800, enabling it to accomodate widescreen notebooks as well as 720p High Definition video feeds. It doesn’t require pesky cabling since video data is sent over a WiFi connection. Other features include a USB port that can take in any USB flash drive, a brightness level of 2,600 lumens, and a 2,000 to 1 contrast ratio. You can bring home the TDP-EW25U after forking out $1,899 for it.
