Treo 500v introduced officially

It’s official, Palm has just introduced the Treo 500v in Europe. It’s 3G phone that’s unfortunately a little larger and heavierthanthe Samsung Blackjack (review). The Treo 500v offers a cute design (I really like it) and Windows Mobile 6 Standard Edition, but is fundamentally not very different from other Windows Mobile phones.

If the Treo 500v was smaller and thinner, it would be areally sexy smartphone, but it’s not.I also regret that the space occupied by the Call/Hang-up/Home/Back/Menu buttons is so big. Microsoft is to blame for requiring hardware buttons and Palm for designing such needlessly large ones.
