Star Wars fanboys have long dreamed to live out lightsaber battles, but unfortunately technology has limited those to using just keyboard, mouse, and controller to date. All that will change soon with the release of LucasArts’ Star Wars: The Force Unleashed game for the Nintendo Wii. It will focus more on lightsaber combat compared to versions found on other consoles, including a drool-worthy two-player duel mode. So I can now wield my lightsaber just like the movies – but how do I perform force jumps and force pushes? Through the Nunchuck controller? One thing’s for sure – if you want to make a fast buck, go concoct a Wiimote Lightsaber peripheral to further increase realism when the game is released.
