Three Chinese dudes were inspired (to say the least) by Michael Bay’s latest directorial effort and decided to create their very own Citroen C2 Transformer, dubbing it the Autobot X2. It somewhat looks like Bumblebee from the movie, but unfortunately it will remain in the robot form factor – permanently. The X2 is touted to tip the scales at more than 1,323 pounds and cost approximately $8,000 to build. I suppose this is but an experimental outing since they plan to work on Optimus Prime next. I wonder how much this would bid for on eBay, let alone Optimus Prime.
