
The House of Mouse has announced that Disney Mobile will cease to operate by the end of this year. This means subscribers to Disney Mobile will be able to use this service until December 31, although a reimbursement and porting program will be announced by October 8th. In addition, the Walt Disney Internet Group is currently looking for other carriers to take up its Family Center features. Not too sure how that will develop as both Sprint and Verizon already offer similar programs.
