Honda robotic tech used for rehab

Using technologies developed during the design of ASIMO (honda’s humanoid robot), this device can learn how the user walks and assist with its electric motors. We have no word on how effective this is, but this is an interesting idea. Honda did not comment on their commercialization plans, if any.

Note that in ASIMO, the most difficult part is the balance in relation to the walking. (Photos from robonable)
