iPhone users have yet another application to look forward to, and this time it is the web-based version of IM+ for Skype. It uses SkypeOut as the base, allowing you to receive and make calls at Skype rates. In addition, users will be able to take advantage of IM+ to chat with fellow Skype users while sending text messages via Skype.
