NEC has just dropped an announcement that it will release a special edition laptop that comes with an external design that matches the local equivalent of Nissan’s Micra model (also known as the Nissan March) will be on sale from Wednesday onwards, retailing for $1,020 while sporting the Micra’s colors. There is also a Nissan logo situation just above the keyboard, and the slipcase is made out of similar material used in the Micra’s seats. For those who are more interested in its innards, this special edition laptop is but a standard LaVie G model that is powered by a 1.8GHz Sempron 3400+ processor, 512MB RAM, a DVD-ROM drive, a 15.4″ widescreen and Windows Vista Home Basic.
