HY Mini aims to make windpower personal with their new concept device that will help you recharge your iPod or cellphone even when there are no power outlets nearby. All you need to do is hold it up in a breeze or even stick it out the window when you’re driving – too bad the latter requires you to put up with all the smog and dust of rush hour traffic, not to mention the sweltering heat. While this is a nifty idea, just how often will one be able to take advantage of it? Give me solar power anytime.
