This concept is definitely a green one as it recycles inkjet cartridges, allowing you to daisy chain a continuous circuit of light in time for the upcoming holiday season. The soft glow emitted works great to create some much needed ambient lighting within a room, where the vac-formed carton is sandwiched between a frame of mahogany veneered MDF and a small panel of frosted acrylic so that light spills out from all directions. This green idea was conceived and designed by Emma Caselton – if only it could take off in a big scale to help reduce unnecessary waste, especially where inkjet cartridges are concerned.
