The Samsung QUAD pen concept is pretty interesting as it features an electronic sensor located at its tip, recording every single movement into a tiny memory chip housed within its body, allowing you to write on virtually any surface, where the stored data can be referred to later after transferring it to a computer. This is a neat idea but those who tend to have fugly handwriting and can’t really write carefully without the help of lines on a piece of paper will probably be better off with a pencil and notepad. This is still a prototype in its very early stage, and Samsung hopes that they will be able to sell the idea to upmarket brands like Montblanc when its technology is perfected.
