A little info is better than no info, but from this image found on the FCC website and from the name, we can guess that this might be a variant of the Blackjack (SGH-i60x). If so, it would be a Windows Mobile Smartphone. The Samsung i617 will support HSDPA and is capable of worldwide roaming, which means that it’ll be a tri or quad-band GSM device.
