Alltel Wireless is doing their best to bring the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 to customers in time for the holiday season. Hopefully their efforts will bear fruit, as this sleek smartphone is more than able to provide powerful communications accompanied by multimedia capabilities. Features include GPS technology that works with BlackBerry Maps and TeleNav GPS Navigator, a 2 megapixel camera with flash and zoom, an advanced media player, an SDHC memory card slot, Bluetooth stereo support and enhanced SureType keyboard technology among others. The BlackBerry Pearl will retail for $149.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate, provided you sign up for a 2-year contract. Are you currently holding out for the Pearl 8130?
