ThermalTake 1500W PC Power-Supply

This is probably the most interesting example that shows how ridiculous electric consumption is getting in high-end gaming computers. This Thermaltake Toughpower power-supply is certified for 1500W, which can come in handy if you happen to build a multi-GPU system (up to Quad GPU + Quad-core CPU according to ThermalTake). I have to admit that it is very well built with detachable cables and a nice 140mm fan (the bigger, the quieter). The price is unknown but I suppose that if you can buy a quad-GPU and quad-core system, you won’t mind “investing” in a nice power-supply…
