Owners of a gen-5 Archos portable Media Player (605 and 705) can now transfer video recordings from a Dish VIP622 or VIP722 digital video recorder via USB 2.0. The new Plug-in is supposed to be available from the Archos website, but I have not seen it yet in the download section. Now we’re hoping that other content providers will follow.
