Asus LS201 LCD monitor is one tough nut

Most of us think that LCD monitors are but fragile items – that is not the case with the Asus LS201. This LCD monitor comes with a protective panel made out of crystal-sapphire, enabling it to withstand more than its fair share of knocks. Check out the video above – you get a kid scribbling on it, some guy venting his frustration on the Asus LS201 by trying to (unsuccessfully) drive nails through it, and a crossbow even failed to penetrate the protective panel. The 20″ LCD monitor isn’t the cheapest available with a retail price that hovers between $350 and $400, but if you plan to protecting your investment, you can’t do any better than this.
