We have received a postcard from Axiotron that announces the upcoming rollout of their ModBook Mac tablet. If you remember, we wrote about this computer a long time ago, but this time, Axiotron might actually ship it!
Besides being a Mac and a real Wacom tablet, the ModBook can also receive an optional GPS module. For those of us who are wary about the lack of protection for the display, the product page says that the display is protected by a layer of glass, called ForceGlass. It originally worked with Mac OS Tiger, and there’s no mention of Leopard, for now. Full specs in the full post.
