The Britepack backpack comes with a pattern of LED lights that are triggered by movement or impact, making it an interesting gift for any kids you know. Other than being a novelty, the LED lights also double up as a safety feature that enables drivers to see the wearer more easily, especially in heavy traffic and low light conditions. There are a couple of versions available – one with wheels and the other without, where the former would alleviate fears from parents of having their little one tote around a really heavy bag. The Britepack will come in toddler and adult sizes, retailing for $25 and $39.99 respectively. The LED lights inside are powered by a pair of AA batteries and can last up to half a year before replacements are needed. Check out a video of it in action here.
