Buffalo has just dropped word on a 100GB SSD, although there are 32GB variants available ranging all the way up to 100GB. This is an external USB 2.0-only device, so those looking out for an internal SATA interface will be disappointed. This 100GB monster retails for $990 – I think I’ll stick to my portable hard drive for the moment until flash memory prices drop even further.
