The LG PC12 radio comes in a totally far out design, and I presume that is to go with its HD radio tuner which is head and shoulders above what AM/FM radio offers in terms of quality. Other features include a display and an USB port for you to playback tunes from USB flash drives or compatible MP3 players, all packed into an oval form factor. One can only wonder just how stable this thing is – it looks as though the slightest knock will topple it over, and woe to you should it hit the floor as all the king’s horses and men will be able to do as much for it then as they did for Humpty Dumpty when he fell off the wall. There is no word on pricing and availability as at press time, but it will be making a splash at CES 2008.
