Presto is a connected printer. It can receive emails and photos without being hooked to a computer. The printer costs $150 and comes with a $10/mo service, although the service doesn’t seem to cover the internet connection. Anyhow, it works a little like an Email to fax setup, and it is possible to SPAM-filter incoming messages (requires some setup). Did anyone out there try it?
