The Slacker Portable will be delayed, so folks who pre-ordered the device will have to wait until January 31st next year before they can get hold of it. Guess those who want to show off the Slacker Portable to friends and family alike this Christmas season will miss the opportunity to do so. According to Slacker, the main reason for this delay is their efforts to “deliver the best possible player”. Do you buy that story? I guess the truth will only be revealed once the actual Slacker Portable is released and it turns up with 10/10 scores in all reviews.
