The new Razer Boomslang Collector’s Edition 2007 has begun to ship, albeit in limited quantities of just 10,000. This new mouse shares the same form factor as the legendary Boomslang that was launched just before the turn of the millennium. Each purchase comes with its own serial code and an exclusive certificate of ownership that stresses on its exclusivity. The box will come with a driver disc, an introductory guide to get you started and a master guide. I’m not too sure whether you would want to use this for your everyday gaming needs though considering how it is a collector’s edition to begin with – this would be best left boxed. Perhaps 30 years from now when we no longer use computer mice as a means of navigation, this will be worth something on eBay.
