Wii encouraged by therapists

Physical therapists have encouraged people, particularly seniors, to get in some Wii time every single day on their road to recover. Robbie Winget, an occupational therapist, claims that regular Wii usage could “help patients build balance, coordination, endurance and upper and lower body strength”. So far, a rehab hospital in Alberta, Canada has been using the Wii console in the last four months as they try a novel method to help folks recover from strokes as well as spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries. What are some of the innovative uses for the Wii that you can think of?
