46-inch LCD HDTV Going Cheap

Guess with the plummeting prices of flat panel displays across the board, you will always be able to net a few more inches of viewing real estate with each passing year for the same price. Take for example, this 46″ Westinghouse LTV-46w1 LCD TV that retails for $869 without skimping on the specifications. You get the following :-

• Built-in HD tuner
• Clear QAM support
• Maximum output resolution of 1080i
• One HDMI input (bummer!)

At that price, you don’t get 1080p and are saddled with crappy speakers as well as a low-range remote. Still, I would say the entertainment bang for those dollars sound pretty worth it.
