8-inch and 8.9-inch Eee PCs

Here’s a piece of news that went past our radar at the recently concluded CES – Eee PCs with larger sizes. These new models will be available in 8″ and 8.9″ flavors, and it surely looks like an optical illusion since the bezel seemed to be much larger without giving you actual screen real estate. Asus was said to be pretty stingy with important information that matters – you know, processor type, battery life, color options, hard drive sizes, release dates and prices. Needless to say, more news to follow as developments roll by.
