While the Everex CloudBook is not out until the end of this month, it seems that Everex is already talking about a successor that will roll out sometime this year with a larger display without pushing the price beyond the $500 mark. As with the CloudBook, this slightly larger iteration will run on Linux as well as use other free open-source applications. Having something like this to tote around events like CES would be great, since I won’t break my back lugging my Dell Inspiron.
