For the rough and tumble types, there is always the wrist-worn Digital Hero 3 camera. It comes encased in a waterproof and shockproof plastic that is light enough not to burden your wrist all day long. It is capable of snapping 3 megapixel still shots and a slightly under an hour’s worth of video with sound. You can even bring this on your snorkelling adventures, as it is waterproof up to depths of 30 meters. The 16MB internal memory isn’t much to shout about, but thankfully we have the SD memory card slot that accepts SD cards up to 2GB in size. The Digital Hero 3 can be pick up for £99.99.
