Looks like those who still prefer to have a hard drive in their MacBooks compared to the 64GB SSD found in the MacBook Air can rejoice – Apple looks set to ship a HDD-based Macbook Air in the US when February 1st rolls around. That’s just a couple of days’ away folks, so if you can keep that itch to pick up the MacBook Air today, you will be rewarded with more GBs then. Folks in the SSD camp will have to wait a wee bit longer, as shipping of the SSD-based MacBook Air will commence sometime between the 6th and 8th next month.
