Kindle has hidden features?

Looks like Amazon is into the Easter Egg game as well with its Kindle e-book reader. Hardware hacker Igor Skochinsky has uncovered a fair number of hidden features, including a basic photo viewer, a Minesweeper game, and location technology that uses the Kindle’s CDMA networking to pinpoint its position. Not only that, there are also basic location-based services which can ring up a Google Maps view that shows your exact location as well as nearby eateries and gas stations. All these were done by reverse engineering the Kindle, so you can be sure that the $399 you splurge on the Kindle offers you way much more bang for your buck than you originally thought.
