
Looks like we now have video proof of the ease of replacing the Macbook Air’s battery, thanks to the inquisitive team at Gizmodo. All you need is a type #0 Philips screwdriver and a gentle tug on the internal battery cable. The process consists of removing 10 screws to dislodge the bottom cover, while 9 other screws must be freed before the battery can get out of its chassis. No rocket science involved here.
